We feel that the methods of stained glass production have unlimited potential to create unique and uplifting art. This begins with an original and creative design. The design should take into consideration the architecture, interior and quality of light within its chosen surroundings. At Rainbow Glass Studio we constantly strive to develop our skills, artistic creativity and ideas.
Firstly, we begin with a site visit to assess the surroundings and to take measurements. This also gives us a chance to meet the clients and discuss design possibilities. Taking into consideration all of this information, we create a unique watercolour design, drawn to scale. This is then presented to the client for approval. Once the design has been approved, the stained glass is carefully hand crafted then installed.
